Recently the embassies in Canada and Sweden have issued notices stating that unvaccinated persons travelling to China for urgent and necessary reasons can apply for a health code if they meet the requirements for a \"Double Negative\" test.Passengers travelling to China can apply it by submitting a \" Double Negative\" certificate and a visa or residence permit from their country of residence.
近日 ， 驻加拿大使馆、驻瑞典使馆等发通知表示 ， 未接种疫苗人员因紧急、必要原因赴华 ， 如符合“双阴性”检测要求可正常申领健康码 。 赴华乘客可提交“双阴性”证明、住在国签证或居留许可等资料进行申请 。

Embassies in the United StatesVietnam Sweden Canada and Qatar have issued notices stating that vaccinated persons travelling to China for urgent and necessary reasons are still required to undergo \"Double Testing\". When applying for a health code these persons must also upload proof of completion of the vaccination and a Declaration of Vaccination for the COVID-19 signed by them or their legal guardian.The embassy or consulate will issue the health code to those who meet the requirements.
驻美国、越南、瑞典、加拿大、卡塔尔大使馆等发通知表示 ， 已接种疫苗人员因紧急必要原因赴华 ， 仍需进行“双检测” 。 此类人员在申请健康码时 ， 须一并上传已完成接种的证明及本人或法定监护人签署的《新冠疫苗接种声明书》 。 使领馆将为符合要求的人员审发健康码 。
Those who have already received vaccinations must submit proof of completed vaccinations  nucleic acid test results and serum IgM antibody test results together with the international version of the immunization health code applet (or web version) and the embassies and consulates abroad will consider the issuance of the application for the health code (declaration of the health status ).
已接种疫苗者需将已完成接种相关证明、核酸检测结果证明、血清IgM抗体检测结果证明一并上传防疫健康码国际版小程序(或网页版) ， 驻外使领馆将综合考虑健康码(健康状况声明书)申请 。
The Embassy in the US says that if you have a negative nucleic acid test and a positive IgM antibody test after receiving an inactivated vaccine you can apply for a health code normally.The Pfizer Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (J&J)vaccines available in the United States are non-inactivated vaccines. As required two doses of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine are required. If you choose to take a jab before traveling to China you will need to complete the required number of doses before you can travel to China.

The Embassy in Brazil said that people who tested positive for nucleic acid after inoculating the COVID-19 vaccine will be treated as if they had a history of infection. Those who cannot provide proof of vaccination or have not completed the vaccination process will be treated as unvaccinated persons.
驻巴西大使馆表示 ， 对接种新冠疫苗后核酸检测结果为阳性人员 ， 按有感染史人员处理 。 对无法提供疫苗接种凭证或未完成疫苗接种流程者 ， 按未接种人员处理 。
