有新冠感染史的拟赴华人员
Recently the Embassy in Qatar the Embassy in Brazil and the Embassy in Argentina have issued notices stating that travelers intending to travel to China who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 Pneumonia or who have not been diagnosed but have tested positive for any of nucleic acid IgM antibodies or IgG antibodies (if reflected in the test certificate) must follow the procedures below:
近日 ， 驻卡塔尔大使馆、驻巴西大使馆、驻阿根廷大使馆等均发布通知表示 ， 拟赴华旅客如曾被确诊新冠肺炎 ， 或虽未确诊但核酸、IgM抗体、IgG抗体(如检测证明中有所体现)检测结果任一项为阳性 ， 须按以下程序办理：
1.Undergo a lung examination after recovering from the illness along with 2 nucleic acid tests (at least 24 hours apart) and submit a medical certificate from the hospital containing the CT or X-ray results of the lungs and a certificate of 2 negative nucleic acid tests to the Embassy's consular enquiry mailbox for review.
1、病愈后进行肺部检查 ， 同时进行2次核酸检测(其间间隔24小时以上) ， 并将医院出具的载有肺部CT或X光结果的诊断证明和2次核酸检测为阴性的证明提交至使馆领事咨询邮箱进行审核；
2.Upon clearance by the Embassy the person shall be subject to self-isolation and health status monitoring for 14 days from the sampling date of the second nucleic acid test.
2、经使馆审核通过后 ， 当事人须从第二次核酸检测采样日期起进行14天自我隔离和健康状况监测；
3. lf the isolation monitoring situation is normal you can undergo the required dual testing for nucleic acid and serum IgM antibodies and apply to the Embassy for a Health Code/Health Status Declaration 2D code within 2 days before boarding.
3、如隔离监测情况正常 ， 可在登机前2日内按要求进行核酸、血清IgM抗体双检测并向使馆申请健康码/健康状况声明书二维码 。

From midnight on 28 April 2021 Nepal has banned the transit of foreign nationals to a third country via Nepal.The Ministry of Health has asked all testing facilities in Nepal to stop providing nucleic acid testing services to foreign nationals transiting through Nepal to third countries.
2021年4月28日午夜开始 ， 尼泊尔禁止外国公民经尼中转前往第三国 。 尼泊尔卫生部已要求尼所有检测机构停止向经尼泊尔中转前往第三国的外国公民提供核酸检测服务 。
The Embassy in Poland has recently issued a notice stating that according to Polish government regulations only persons from EU member states and EU Residence Card holders are currently allowed to transit through Poland from third countries. Except for holders of Polish D visas (Polish country visas) persons with visas from other EU countries are not allowed to enter Poland or transit through Poland to other Schengen countries.
驻波兰大使馆近日发通知表示 ， 根据波兰政府规定 ， 目前只有欧盟成员国人员、持欧盟居留卡人员方被允许从第三国经波兰中转过境 。 除持有波兰D签证(波兰国别签证)外 ， 持其他欧盟国家签证人员不准入境波兰或经波中转赴其他申根国家 。
The Embassy in Spain states that passengers must take a direct flight to China if they are currently travelling from a third country. The Embassy in Spain will not issue a second stage green code for passengers travelling to Spain for transit to China on their own.
驻西班牙大使馆表示 ， 如乘客目前所在第三国有赴华直航航班 ， 则须乘坐此直航航班 。 如自行赴西班牙中转赴华 ， 驻西班牙使馆一律不审发第二阶段绿码 。
In these cases only one transit isapproved.
这些情况 ， 只能中转一次
The Embassies of Brazil Congo (DRC) and Qatar have advised that to avoid the risk of cross-contamination in transit through multiple countries it is important to make only one transit to China and to upload documents such as double test reports and proof of residence when applying for a health code (declaration of health status).Failure to comply with the itinerary requirements may affect the ability to obtain a Green Health Code(Declaration of Health Status) that meets the requirements for travel.
驻巴西、刚果(金)、卡塔尔大使馆均表示 ， 为避免经多国中转交叉感染风险 ， 务必只中转一次赴华 ， 并在申领健康码(健康状况声明书)时同时上传双检测报告、居留证明等文件 。 如行程不符合要求 ， 将可能影响获得符合乘机要求的绿色健康码(健康状况声明书) 。
