此外， 4月12日起，从意大利赴华直航航班因输入病例上升触发熔断机制。驻意大利使馆网站在意赴华直航航班熔断期间，有关人员如确有紧迫原因赴华，可搭乘自意大利出发中转1次赴华航班。
The Embassy in Italy said that the Chinese embassies and consulates in Italy will not issue health codes to passengers with more than one transit from Italy. Once direct flights from Italy to China are back to normal the Chinese embassies and consulates in Italy will no longer issue health codes to passengers travelling from Italy to China via a third country (territory).

It is important to note that for passengers who need to transit to China the test results may differ due to the different test methods adopted by the medical institutions at the origin and transit locations. It is advisable to know in advance the testing methods adopted by the medical institutions in the transit area and try to have similar tests performed at the origin to avoid disruptions in transit.
值得注意的是，需中转赴华的乘客，因始发地和中转地医疗机构采取的检测方法不同，可能造成检测结果不同。建议提前了解中转地医疗机构采取的检测方法，尽量在始发地进行类似检测，避免中转受阻。
