首先我们先在锅内加入一碗水 , 开大火烧开 , 在等水开的空档 , 我们在碗里打入两个鸡蛋 , 朝一个方向搅拌 , 多打一会 , 搅拌均匀 , 大概两分钟 , 水就开了 , 这个时候我们把大火转为最小火 , 迅速的把鸡蛋倒入锅内 , 用勺子搅拌两下 , 关火 , 这样漂亮的鸡蛋花就做好了 , 再淋入一点香油 , 入口即化 , 味道美极了!你也来试试吧!
