1、如果有轻微的锈迹，可用醋来清洗。先用白醋烧一下，把锈洗掉，用清水洗干净，然后在火上烧干。

2、先用尼龙丝球或丝瓜精将铁锅上的铁锈擦洗干净。

3、用淘米水煮开一下，煮热的时候，用洗碗布反复擦铁锅，不需要很长时间，停火后放至温热，用清水将铁锅冲洗干净擦干。

4、再用食用油把铁锅全部擦一遍就好了，最好是通过用油过程，这种过程会让油牢固地吸附到铁锅上的。用淘米水泡的菜刀也不生锈。
