Choose this day is to celebrate thebirth of Confucius for his great contribution to Chinese culture. In some othercountries, Teachers Day is also celebrated. In the United States, this is on thefirst Tuesday in May. In India, Teachers Day is celebrated on September 5.InVietnam, it is celebrated on November 20 .
