高盛已经开始用Hirevue筛选所有美国地区JuniorLevel的应聘者。这个系统的运行机制是，针对每一个问题，你需要录下2分钟左右的回答。而你的回答的评估标准是：和那些已经在该公司（如高盛）工作的“绩优股”们的答案相比，相似度有多高。答案越相似，就说明你越Fit。
