微软表示原本准备在圣诞节前发布新版本，不过该版本始终没有达到微软的质量标准。这就意味着 Windows 10 Build 21277 (RS_PRERELEASE) 成为今年最后一个预览版本。该预览版最大的改变就是为 Windows 10 on ARM 设备提供了 x64 应用模拟器。
