二甲双胍与血红素连用 ， 可靶向治疗女性三阴性乳腺癌 。 [9]
二甲双胍可改善KRAS突变晚期结直肠癌的预后 ， 与服用其他降糖药患者相比 ， 服用二甲双胍的患者总生存期延长37.8个月 ， 中位无进展生存期延长8.1个月 。 [10]
二甲双胍对卵巢癌的发生发展具有抑制作用 ， 使用二甲双胍可改善卵巢癌的预后 。 [11]
虽然我们看到二甲双胍有各种“神”功能 ， 但是 ， 与阿司匹林不同 ， 二甲双胍的抗癌成果目前大多处于实验室研究阶段 ， 对我们的指导意义仅限于需要用二甲双胍治疗其基础病的患者 ， 请按时吃药 。
